Q : I’m receiving PayPal error “Things don’t appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later.”

A : This error is common if you previously viewed a product that was recently updated.

Here are two possible fixes using Google Chrome:

    1. Open a New Incognito Window in your web browser by locating to the top right-hand cover and select the vertical drop down menu (3 dots) > “New incognito window”
    2. Clear your web browser cache by locating to the top right-hand cover and select the vertical drop down menu (3 dots) > “More tools” > “Clear Browsing Data”. After, refresh the page and things should work as normal.

Q : When will I receive my product?

A : You will receive a Dispatch Email with a Download Link once the order has finished processing.
